How Savvy Real Estate Investors Continue To Make Money
So with the real estate market still diving down and no end in sight where are all the savvy real estate investors going with their money right now? Why ask that question? I ask that question because I believe that no matter what the state of flux in the market whether it be up or down that with the right perspective and knowledge there is always a way to make some money. So that’s the question for this post, where do you think those people that are really savvy with their real estate knowledge are putting their money right now.
I think that this article about the 3rd quarter results from just this one particular real estate management corporation speaks volumes about having the right approach in a downward market. The most obvious highlight that I took from that article is that the revenue the company is generating from rental properties is up by almost 50% in the 3rd quarter alone.
Let’s face it mortgage companies are on the ropes and people are pretty much scared off from even attempting to get a mortgage right now. Then you add in the fact that we are in the winter season which is typically a slow down time for the real estate market anyway. Foreclosures have skyrocketed and millions of people are loosing their homes. Well all these people are still going to need a place to live, enter the booming demand for rental properties.
Having a solid rental property that is priced right to ensure that you will have a quality tenant is key to surviving this volatile market. Fortunately for the rental market right now there is now shortage of people that are looking to rent and wait out the slide until the real estate market makes the turn to a more stable situation. So that would be my estimation as to where the successful people are even now making some good money in this volatile real estate market. Do you agree or disagree?
